SUMMARY:Emergency First Aid and CPR
DESCRIPTION:This in-person course offers basic First Aid and CPR techniques for those who want an overview of First Aid and CPR for the home or workplace. Taught in an interactive environment\, learn how to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for adults\, perform CPR\, as well as how to deal with choking\, airway and breathing emergencies and prevention of disease transmission. Includes automated external defibrillator (AED) training and certification. Emergency First Aid and CPR certification is considered an asset by many employers including those in the trades\, childcare\, healthcare and service industries.  The course is free to attend but space is limited.
