Please note that the library opens at 12 noon on Wednesday. \n1-3 pm. Join Terri for a refresher course on the CELPIP General test (all four skills). This test is for PR applications and is sometimes used for educational assessment (prior to taking a diploma\, certificate or degree at a college or university). CELPIP is also a test that PRs age 18-54 take for citizenship applications (listening and speaking only). Please pre-register by Saturday\, October 11; there are a limited number of seats available.

This is a great listening opportunity! \n5-6:30 pm. Join Terri at the Farmers’ Market (322 Main St.). Many vendors will be selling mushroom and fungi products! You can also go upstairs in the Legion building to see free exhibits for the annual Sicamous Fungi Festival (09/19-21).  Get a complimentary bowl of homemade mushroom soup too (Terri/SISS will donate money for the soup – just tell the soup people or find Terri). \n
